Who is eligible to be a member?
All lawyers who practice in the area of Bankruptcy are eligible to join this section, but the section always welcomes guests to section CLEs. Often a 1.0 hour CLE seminar is incorporated along with the business meeting portion of the luncheon. Section dues are $25 per year.
Purpose of the Bankruptcy Section:
- To coordinate meetings for Bankruptcy lawyers
- To provide CLE seminars centered around Bankruptcy for lawyers in this practice area
- To motivate present BRBA membership to become active in the Section’s membership
