Reserve the WM. Louis Arbitration Room
The WM. Louis Arbitration Room at the Middleton Bar Center offers a professional, flexible meeting space designed to meet the needs of legal professionals and the business community.
Accommodating up to 50 guests, the room can be configured as one large meeting space or divided into three separate conference rooms, providing flexibility for meetings of any size. Each section comfortably seats approximately 10 people in a conference room configuration and may be reserved individually or as a combined space.

Modern audio/visual capabilities support presentations, video conferencing and hybrid meetings with ease.
The Middleton Bar Center is available for reservations during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., subject to BRBA scheduling needs. After-hours and weekend reservations may be available with advance approval and additional staffing fees.
Rental Rates
- BRBA Members: $25 per conference room (half day) | $50 per conference room (full day)
- Non-Members: $125 per conference room (half day) | $250 per conference room (full day)
When reserving the full Wm. Louis Arbitration Room, each of the three room sections is considered one conference room for rental purposes.
Coffee, water and soft drinks are included with all reservations. Outside catering is welcome, though kitchen facilities are not available. Guests are asked to leave the room in its original configuration and dispose of any trash at the conclusion of their meeting.
Reserve the Past Presidents Room
The Past Presidents Room provides a quiet, private setting for smaller meetings and collaborative work sessions. With seating for up to 10 guests, it is an ideal space for attorneys and professionals seeking a comfortable, fully equipped meeting environment.
